most people thought it would be clinton in 2008 - -a clinton ian formula, but obama did not do it that way. i give him credit for having the courage of his convictions and had a theory of how okey could could win and he did it. i'm not sure bobby jindal's model is the right model for chris christie. -- or chris christie. it is important to take risks to be contrarian and to accept the fact the republican party will have some different voices. there will be people will say this issue is fundamental and others will say we need to compromise on that one and draw the line here. obviously, we still make arguments and tried to persuade people that this is not the right fight to have. but you have to accept it will be a certain amount of disagreement among conservatives and republicans. it's chaos after you lose two presidential elections in a row and that can be healthy. a little creative destruction, creative chaos would not be a bad thing for the republican party. the governors are doing things differently. many republican governors will have success stories in terms of policy and politics
